Un lugar de caballos / A Place of Horses

In pre-production

Hannah Collins and 51% are working with engineers and cement construction companies on the final planning for the work. The final work will begin with an event - the run of horses over a wet concrete which will then be sited along the banks of the rio Besos as a permanent work.

Bulli ProjectEl Bulli project / Hannah Collins & Ferran Adria

Every ingredient is it's own universe
This work is a collaboration between artist Hannah Collins  and Spain’s top Michelin stared chef Ferran Adria. It explores the origins of his globally sourced produce and how his creativity transforms these into elaborate and extraordinary 35 course meals.
Collins has embarked on a two year's journey that follows the sequence of Adria’s produce  from  origins as far afield as Ecuador to Japan. Her journey is not only a geographical one, traced on a map, but also a conceptual one.
The resulting work will be both a book and traveling exhibition.
