Shadow and Clouds
The Fragile Feast. Routes to Ferran AdriaEvery ingredient is it's own universe
This work is a collaboration between artist Hannah Collins and Spain’s top Michelin stared chef Ferran Adria. It explores the origins of his globally sourced produce and how his creativity transforms these into elaborate and extraordinary 35 course meals.
Collins has embarked on a two year's journey that follows the sequence of Adria’s produce from origins as far afield as Ecuador to Japan. Her journey is not only a geographical one, traced on a map, but also a conceptual one.
The resulting work is a book released in September 2011 and traveling exhibition.

Hannah Collins is working on a project in the dry Chaco in the North of Argentina to explore the relationship between humans and animals - focusing particularly on the Jaguar which is rare but present both in the Chaco and the jungle beside Iguazu.
Dibujando sobre la ciudad / Drawing on the cityUn lugar de caballos / A Place of Horses
Hannah Collins and 51% are working with engineers and cement construction companies on the final planning for the work. The final work will begin with an event - the run of horses over a wet concrete which will then be sited along the banks of the rio Besos as a permanent work.
